The Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber, and Lyman Companies continuing education program is managed by Housing First Minnesota's Contractor University.

Contractor University’s mission is to provide timely and relevant information to contractors and suppliers so that they may meet their continuing education requirements, and develop and apply the knowledge, skills and values to provide the highest quality of service to their clients. Contractor University has been providing continuing education training since 2004.
