2026 Continuing Education In-Person Courses

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber, and Lyman Companies are pleased to sponsor IN-PERSON learning for continuing education for their customers. Fulfill your continuing education requirements for FREE, plus lunch is provided. 

These in-person courses are approved for 7 credit hours of MN residential building contractor, remodeler, and roofer continuing education (includes approval for the energy and business management training requirement) by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry, and 7 credit hours of WI dwelling contractor qualifier continuing education by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (includes approval for the four-hour construction laws, and codes and contracts, liability and risk management requirement). 

*If you have both MN and WI Contractor licenses, you can receive credits for BOTH states by attending the courses at Northwood Technical College in Rice Lake, WI

Minnesota residential building contractors, remodelers, and roofers must complete 14 credit hours of continuing education every two years including at least one hour of training relating to ENERGY codes or energy conservation measures and at least one hour of BUSINESS management strategies. 

Wisconsin residential building contractors must complete 12 credit hours of continuing education every two years with at least four of the hours focused on construction laws and codes and contracts, liability, and risk management.
